OK, i'm not a newb, so don't flame me. I registered for webjal, payed my $5, was using it fine. Tried it later in the day and I get:

The application was unable to find a phone attached. Please check your cable connection, preferences etc...

I've checked my preferences, they're all the same. Cable connection, it's fine because I hooked up my RSS and it could read my phone, but WebJAL doesn't....

This is a non usb data series cable.

Can someone help?

Have you tried turning your phone off and back on? Easy fix, and it has worked for alot of problems I have had like yours in the past.
