I have a new Slider and Virgin Mobile's Customer Support is acting weird (from home phone & old aud. 8500). Is it possible to activate my V5 and have my number transfered online or would I be needed the assistance of a Support Rep.?

Thats only for new customers. For an esn change you need to call them
