slider ringtone problems

i've tried to download ringtones on my slider phone but i keep getting an unregistered mobile station message. i have called virgin mobile and they have text'd me back saying that the problem was fixed and it wasn't. is there anything that i could do to my phone to fix this problem. also i can't get the mark site/ bookmarks to work i keep getting a 400 not found message.

The bookmarks arent supposed to work.i think virgin disabled it. My vox did the same thing
