VX6000 midi transfer problem

When i send a midi file to [my cell #]@vzwpix.com, using webmail/vzwpix.com, i get a message on the phone directing me back to vzwpix.com, instead of recieving the midi file. is there a way to change this, so that it doesnt automatically send the file to vzwpix.com and to my phone instead?

A quick call to Customer Support should do the trick. It's 1-800-922-0204 or *611 from your mobile phone. Once you start working with a rep, simply verify that picture messaging is enabled. By default, it's disabled if you do not activate a messaging plan at the time of purchase. You don't need a plan to use the feature, but bear in mind each message will set you back $.25 + airtime used to initially download the message. This should get you started. Good luck!
