New phone wanted, nothing fancy

Hi
My hubby has decided he wants to downgrade his phone. In the past he has used a T68, GX10, E700 and more recently a T610.
The problem is he never uses the camera and feels he just wants a basic phone that gives good reception and has poly ringtones.
Can anyone suggest a decent phone?

why would he wanna downgrade.
if you want a basic and easy to use phone... nokia is the phone. good for basic call making & texting.
if you want really nice polyphonic phone.... go for samsung (with 40 chords)
for good camera & color screen - sharp GX20
good features - siemens
