Does the pocket pc come with a internet browser that supports frames, javascript, ect...?

Does it come with Pocket Outlook Express?

How many songs can it hold with the stadard 128 MB memory stick? (Not including built-in memory.)

I bought it from amazon.com for $199.99 (price after rebate) and bought it with the $19.99 a month plan but I am going to change the plan ASAP after I get the phone and do the rebate itself. When I change will take affect right away?

If I want to install the free version of AIM 2.0 on it (made for t-mobile pocket pc) do I download it on to the pocket pc itself or do I use the syncing software it comes with?
