A customer brings in his 5135 as he is having problems with a downloaded song(ScoobyDoo)that he downloaded into his phone. When he goes to select it, the phone brings up an error message "memheap.c0668" then handet powers off,then back on. Sent it in for repair,came back with same issue. Is this a download that is too big for his phone,not compatible?Or a software issue?This goes out to all the cellular guru's
