Not sure if this has been posted, but for those who want the shutdown, startup, and wav file...here ya go:

Thay can't be changed on the P900.

I think he meant, P900 extracted startup/shutdown movies for the P800. Anyways, aren't the movies are same with the P800's ?

Here's a thought for those of you who are thinking about changing the startup/shutdown movies on your P800......

DON'T

I remember the day well, the day when me and my brother decided it would be "Cool" to have a customised movie as the start up screen for my P800.....imagine how fantastic that would be...

Not quite as fantastic as taking the phone to my local service centre (and when I say local - I mean 1 hour away) to get the firmware re-flashed and losing all my contacts data cos my laptop also crashed.........

How "Cool" is that?

well no, if you do it properly and make sure the video's DONT have sound then there will be NO problem. Allways test them as shutdowns first also as then you will allways be able to start-up the phone.

Obviously if your not careful and dont think about it you could easily have to flash your phone.

Shame we can't change the vid's on the p900 though...

What he said.. Plus I get my custom videos from some site i can't remember. There's always 3 files. A no sound startup video, a shutdown video with sound and a wav file called popcorn.wav for the startup video.
