x70 quick silent mode?

is there a quick way to change the x70 from full volume ring to just vibrate or quiet mode? It seems like such a hassle to go through all the menus every time i want to turn the ringer off.

hmm -> hold # for 2 or 3 seconds. why donīt u read the manual? this is izi stuff and u can find it in the manual. hehe and btw a better look on the keyboard of ur x70 would show u a note on the # key.
