I'm gassing Rogers, can I use this phone with Bell Mobility?

Unless Bell sells it, the answer is a big NO! with a probably not attached to it. Unless the phone is GSM, which, being on Rogers it probably is - GSM phones don't work on the CDMA network (which is the technology Bell and Telus use). So, the simplest answer right now is NO! Search if you want more info/explanation.
