[HELP] Issues With The Newly IMPROVED Flip

I still remember all the "ooOoOh's" & "aahHH's" when we saw the newly deisigned flip on the P900. It was great that the button were actually buttons, and the blue light was actually light!

But for the past few days, I have been I've been "aahHHing" all day @ home because the top right menu button on the flip doesnt really work unless I use great force. It works occasionally when I press damn hard untill I can feel my P900 creaking for help.

Also, I was "ooOoOhing" @ home because now the OK button on the flip is starting to not respond...

What should I do? I live in Canada, I dont feel safe shipping my phone to the US (& It is costly) And I dont know if the phone has warranty. I purchased it from Infinicell (Very nice guy BTW).

So right now until someone could please help or advise. Im at home repeating, ooOhh ***** and aahHH Help!

If it has only been a short time, contact the seller again and see if you can get a replacement.
