my friend used to have GD92 or whatever it is called...he basicly hated the phone...battery life sucks, very bad UI...and so on...don't buy a panasonic cell phone man...save your money for SE or nokia phones...(perhaps for V70 too :P)

I suppose if your friend jumps off a bridge....
I have had very good experience with my Panasonic phones and I have purchased 3 of them. I look forward to the release of GU-87. I can agree that the battery life is not as good as some of the other phones but it has not been too bad especially as I prefer to keep my batteries fully charged, the li-ion does not have the memory effect. Featurewise for TDMA Panasonic has offered more than everyone else is areas that matter to me. I do not need to play games on my cell phone. Depending on price I may purchase a GU-67 but understand it is available only in Canada and will probably need to switch to voicestream to activate it.
My $0.02 worth.

Latest hot news is the program was terminated. No 67 model available. I have not heard if it was replaced or why it was terminated yet but I am prying

Where did you hear about this?
Its funny because at the time of writing this message there was no information on the panasonic website about the GD67 but they are on sell in England in some major catalogues (KAYS/Choice)
The Funny thing is that there is alot of information on the site about the GD87??
WHATS GOIN ON!!

I saw a GD-87 at the AT&T store last weekend being demo'd by a pana employee. It is definately happening. Atlanta metro area now has AT&T GSM.
GD-67 can not possibly be for sale as development has not been completed and the information is that the project is cancelled. I imagine that something better is in the works if they cancelled the project. Especially as it was shown at Cebit.
