Need a data cable and software for my Verizon LG VX6000 (s/w ver. 05) and looking for recommendations based on the following requirements in priority order:

1. Need to create/backup phonebook entries to/from vx6000
2. UI should be simple to use, already familiar w/ BitPim 6.1
3. Occasionally put ringtones and wallpaper on phone
4. USB (preferred), Serial (OK) not too important, will not need to use EN
5. Telephone access to tech support if required
6. Ability to manage GIN apps (not required but nice to have)

Considerations to date:
- LG DataPilot Kit v3.0 (cable and software)
- FutureDial cable and SnapSync software
- BitPim v6.2 with either DataPilot or FutureDial cable
