Is there a way to start the voice recording once a conversation has started???
Is there a setting to make the screen light up when you press any button so you can see the time.
You can press 9 or 1 becasue they are emergency numbers I think and hold and the screen will light up, then press the clear to see the clock.
Thanks

What will this do exactly? The end call button will end the call no matter how long you press it for. I don't think that the m55 has a recorder feature during a conversation.

He's answering the question about how to make the backlight go on (so you can see the time) when keylock is on.

To record your telephone conversation press the right soft key for menu, scroll to main menu, select organizer, scroll down to voice notes, new record, record.
Or menu, 8, 4, 6, new record, record.
The menu becomes available as soon as your phone start calling the other party. Just in case you want to record the call from the beginning when the other party answers.
I believe there is a beep which is audible by both parties when you start and end the recording.
