how do i get rid of this messege...i am finding tonez that i really would like to have but i juss cant seem to dl them any help would be really nice

Virgin Mobile won't let you download any ringtones/pictures/etc from any server except theirs. hence "forbidden"

if you are getting this message when you are trying to download virgin's tones it is because they didnt set up your phone right. call cs and tell them...they should have it fixed in 2-3 days (claimed) or about a month (my experience)

yea i think it is looking like the month option bc i have called a few times about it and everytime they try and get me to fix it a diff way but it never works and they told me 2-3 but they were unsure and they would send me a txt messege when they...and i quote "were pretty sure that they had the problem fixed" i juss wish they had some ppl the knew what they were doing
