Have been experiencing intermittent problems with trackwheel (up & down) not responding to movement. It used to work after I fiddled with the phone (ie: open & close flip) now it does not repsond at all.

1) Anyone else experience this
2) Anyone have experience/hints for dealing with SE service?

1.) I have owned a P800 and P900 alike. Never had this problem.

2.) Just tell them it doesn't work and go from there.
