You can take a photo (like many of the ones in this forum) and then have them printed onto a postcard and posted anywhere in the world - and for a reasonable price.
Not the kindest user interface but still achievable.
And then you can 'manipulate' (or more like destroy) the person's image using Photo Editor (shipped with CD), especially "Sinus Distortion" feature ;-)
