Originally posted by nigelspowage it appears that under certain situations the handset has trouble communicating with the handset manager software. it appears to be when there are a lot of objects in the phone, so either a lot of pictures, or ringtones, or possibly messages. i had this problem when i had about 80-90 pictures in the phone. deleting pictures till i only had 40-50 fixed the problem and the phone could then work with the handset manager software again. (taking more pictures will stop it working again tho.) i've notified panasonic, who have replicated this and are working towards a fix. so, we'll have to wait for a fix or just don't have too many objects in your phone. |
