Problem with MS Duo and card reader

I have just bought a crucial USB2.0 Card Reader which for a 7 in 1 is great value at £14.99. Now to the problem, I have erased a MS Duo 128MB with it and realised the file structure has gone. Now I can put any file on it (fast) but the P900 doesn't see it unless I use it's file manager and run from there (MP4) also get warnings about z drive access???

The other thing is how do you get files in the SE file system on PC when it only shows 2MB??? Anything larger just gets full disk warning???

Try formatting it in the phone.

Sorry I didn't explain clearly enough. I have found out how to get files on the MS from PC but can't directly put them in the MSSEMC folder, probably because the file structure is not like windows. I think I will have to manually place them when it's in my P900.

Now for my initial problem, I had a white Duo 128MB (MG) which for some reason became write protected without me phisically moving the switch on it. I thought it was a corrupt file that caused it but when I tried to format it, I couldn't because it was locked according to my P800 now P900. Buying a card reader I thought if I erased all the files then I could stick it back and format it. But it still stays locked. I imagine the warnings about the Z drive are because the P900 is trying to read what isn't there anymore and can't create a new file structure. My only conclusion is the phisical switch has got stuck somehow.

Well as I can't get a refund now or anything then I guess i'll have to use it just with my PC for now.

BTW I can't recommend the Crucial card reader enough, it's small and stylish with a cover for the slots and the USB lead coils under so you can carry it around. For £14.99 money well spent I say.
