MS Duo slot problem

On my first P900 the cover of the slot used to
stick out a bit and spring in and out a bit on the
duo when i squeezed it.
That phone fell in the bath and Orange sent me a
new one the next day.
On the new one the duo sits in the phone a
bit further and the cover is completely flush
with the side of the phone and isnt springy
anymore.
Dose anyone else have that problem?

My cover does sit proud but I never had it pop open, just the usual squeaking problem that seems to be a P900 design fault or poor QA.
