Need to UNLOCK SE T616

I have a SE T616 which is originally from AT&T.......I bought it unlocked, but when I tryed to get the web browser I reseted the Master Reset and that locked my phone again. I brought it to someone to have it unlocked and he said he cannot do it. His reason was because under the SIMLOCK menu it says:

NETWORK: 0
NETWORK SUBSET: 0
SERVICE PROVIDER: 0
CORPORATE: 0

because these are all at zero I was told it cannot be unlocked, that I would need to get another phone from AT&T in order to unlock this one.
Can someone please please please help me!!

You might wish to call the folks at Global Mobility! of Mission Viejo, CA { 949.340.9683 www.globalmob.com }. Yesterday afternoon I forwarded from NYC via FEDEX next day delivery a T616 to be unlocked and flashed and a T68i to be flashed and received an e-mail several hours ago that my order had been completed. Based on my telephone conversations with Rick at Global Mob I got the distinct impression that he was quite knowledgeable and competent. { Note: I have no relationship or association with Global and selected it based on the many positive things said about it on this board.}

i like to unlock my se t616 as well. anybody in northwest side of chicago?
