im starting to think that any new secrets i find out about this phone i dont think ill post for everyone to see, has anyone not noticed that everything cool we find out about our phone they decide to take away from us? example, free ringers - now your getting billed for em-if you ask me midi files suck anyways, i want mp3, then they fixed the new phones so that you dont have wap access-which we barely had anyways. i just like to check my email everynow and then, im way to lazy to get anything else done online thru my phone. anyone else feeling this way? i think the only hack that they cant stop us from doing is hacking the phone ourselves with our own cable and computer. so if we should focus on anything its trying to see what we can do with the cables, what we can unlock and everything else.

I agree. Maybe i'll make an invite only forum. That way unless you're super sneaky you can't be on it. I'm already working on a slides site and wap.

awsome, i just went to circut city w/ spyderman2k and i bought a slider there, it is one of the origional phones with the serial starting with 06901. They had like 5 left, now to transfer the account over to the new phone

you know, maybe someone should buy up all the "good" Sliders, and keep 'em for a while, and once the "new" sliders are all in stores, you can sell them on ebay for a bit more.... "Virgin Mobile Slider, before##### so there is free internet....

we thought about doing that yesterday but im not going to pay full price for 5 phones 170 w/ tax and there is no gurantee that i would be able to sell them on ebay for higher

I paid $140 at Best Buy, with a $15 Gift Card. The punks put them on sale for $120 with a $20 gift card the week after I bought mine.

Fortunately they price match themselves from week to week - and I had a copy of their weekly flyer for that week.
