I have read that the GU87/GD87 and all else are all considered the same phone. But I haven't seen anything that if their is a program and some software that you can send ring tones or wallpaper to your phone. Is there anything out that can do that? I have a USB cable. Thank you.

Go here, there is Edit Tool software, which you can use.
Also links to other programs too.

MFM tones - 200
MIDI tones - 225

You can use Handset Manager with USB as well...
