Mio8380 Anyone who can email me a file I deleted?

I was trying to get my mio to play midi files that I downloaded as ringtones, but I had installed some stuff off the cd's that came with it, and the new .mic files and ringer selection menu (PhoneRing) were overriding the original ones. So I thought it was the new stuff I had installed and went through and did some deletions. So now I have lost the Phone Ring menu that contains the Ring 1 and Ring 2 overrides, Enable Polyphonic, and Booting Music check options....... This means that the ringer selections in the original menu don't work, and since the menu is gone I am stuck on "Vibrate" which just happened to be what was selected in the PhoneRing menu before it was deleted.

Anyone able to send me the phoneRing exe and the file that sits beside it in WIndows, and the shortcut for the startup menu?
Or offer any other advice?

I also can't seem to download the mio8380 unlock off the website, so if anyone can pass that on it would be great!

AFAIK, the PhoneRing cannot be retrieved through ActiveSync. Anyway, by doing a Hard Reset, you will be able to get the application back.

Bout the unlock, try the Mitac English site. There's one there in English.

I have done the hard reset and all is good. I've finally managed to download a copy of the English manual as well, which is making everything easier - and if I'd had it earlier, I wouldn't have made so many mistakes either. I'll keep trying with the unlock download - Thanks!
