Try the Sanyo japanese website. You might be able to unload some. In Japan, it won't call 6000, you have to surf and search.

i have no idea. i can't read japanese, so navigating around the japanese site is pretty much impossible. any ideas where to get some animations?

the instructions talk about setting up the animations, i downloaded some animated .gif files, but the choice to set up as an animation does not appear on the phone like it's supposed to, perhaps i am using the wrong format (.gif), or maybe animations cannot be installed on the phone
