what is the fastest spped you should have using you p800 as a bluetooth modem to browse the internet?

I used CNET's bandwidth test and my connection showed only 23kbs, should/can I be able to get a faster connectio or is this the max?

Depends what time of day you use your internet connection as the number of users will determine bandwidth at times.
