mio8380: long program list..........

Has anyone found a good piece of software to install in the mio that allows you to change the way the program list sits? Like a different sort, or being able to put things in groups with additional menu's to keep the initial list shorter?
I don't really like the graphic mio program list (and it doesn't contain everything), so I want to make the standard program list (soft-key from home screen) shorter by grouping or sorting differently..........
