I can't get ringtones onto my phone via WAP, it says "Error, document too large..."

The Fido rep says I need to turn my GPRS on through them in order to do so, and I've noticed that I am charged traffic for these failed downloads.

Anyways... what other methods do I have to get files onto my Siemens M55?

Do the ringtones have to be a certain format or something? I can download some files from WAP but can't for others... is there a maximum size?

i think there is an upper limit...

you may want to look for ringtones that are < 40kb in size...

try a 1kb or 2kb out as a tester!

yea the largest ringtone i successfully downloaded was like 14kb... im trying to out a 20kb one on. i dont understand.

I'm having some problem similar like this.

Until now I can't download any java application/games to my phone via WAP sites. It says "GPRS connection failure" or some times "Incorrect GRPS settings".

I 'm able to browse via WAP and download Pictures, but always fail to download Java games, why?

Could anyone help fix this problem?
