1) They don't last long at all... one to three days max... because they will sometimes flash spontaniously, and flashing uses alot of the batteries power....

2) Daydeal batteries look nice... No experience though...

You still didn't phrase it right, but i get what you're saying,....
I had a flashing battery and then sold it, the LEDs didn't die out, and are still good (as far as i know)....
I bought that battery originally during Oct of last year I think...

most LEDs used in phones (and batteries) last for about 10,000 hours, that is about 416 days, or a little more than a year. but that means that in order to dies, the LED has to be turned on and lit for the 10,000 hours. so it is a pretty long time and you will get a new phone before having to replace its LEDs.

I heard that when you drop your phone the flashing battery won't work anymore

Yeah, that's what happened to my flashing battery.

My mom has dropped her 3360 three times, but the worst one was when it fell from her lap into the gutter while getting out of the car (it was a big drop, she has a 4x4 Ford Excursion). Then next time she made a call, I noticed something looked odd about her flashing battery. And when I took a look at it, I noticed she broke one of the blue LEDs from the drop. Overall though, I think they're fairly durable, I've got a flashing white battery that I've had for a while now that I use occasionally when I change to my clear faceplate, and it's been great.

I have a flashing battery from eforcetrading that lasts longer than the batteries that came with my phones.

my flashing battery broke...one of them didnt light up...and then all LEDs got really dim...i think one of the little copper wire thingy is burned out or something..because the little wire that leads to the battery contact was black...can i like take out the LEDs and out it for something else?

When I used to have my old 6190 I had two flashing batteries for it.

One was a slim battery and it lighted up but had no vibrator. This battery died on me after about 6 months.

I then had the slightly larger flashing battery but it also had the vibrator option. This battery also worked for about 6 months but then it started to malfunction. The battery kept causing my phone to restart all crazy and wouldn't recharge very well.

Shortly after then I bought a 8890 so I never bothered replacing it.
