Internet PIN on S56???

Starting yesterday, out of the blue, when I start mMode on my S56, I received the following prompt:
"To establish internet service, please enter your PIN."
It does not stop me from connecting, as I can easily cancel the screen, but it is annoying.
How in the world do I get rid of this prompt?
