Those buttons are soft touch right? When I had a face-plate like that the buttons never worked, I had to dig in my fingernails.

I think its just the way you positioned the phones, but, aren't the 3360 and 3390 the same height?...

You should sell the 3360 instead of the 3390... just an opinion...

im using the 3360 right now for at&t..yeah i positioned them all weird hahah! i dont need the 3390 anymore and its unlocked so hey!
