Pana X70 Help - HotKey Dailing

When I press down a hotkey number, say #2, on the keypad, it only displays the Name and the Phone Number but not dailing no matter how long I hold the key down. I do have 'hotkey dailing' enabled. In order to dail, I actually need to press the hotkey number and then the 'connect' key. Does anyone have the same problem or just me? Anyone can help?

Must be a Panasonic thing....I have to do the same thing on my GD55. Press a hot key number, then it shows the name on the screen, then you have to press the "connect" key.

Speed dialing or hot key dialing isn't the same like on Nokia or Siemens phones. Where you press a speed dial number & it automatically dials.

It has to be. This is the first/only phone has this feature but works differently.
