Date and time box! (CDM-8900)

On the CDM-8900 when I apply any picture I take to my background it displays an ugly annoying brrown box, whith the time and date on it, in the lower left hand corner of my screen.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could tell me if this can be toggle on and off, and if so,how? Thanks!

I know what u mean.... i hate that box.
I have a nice image of Eliza Dushku

and it to has that stupid box infront of it.
I've been trying to remove it for days but it goes no where... cant even change the color which sucks even more.... atleast you can change the verizon banner to white on white so it goes away....

that clock has to be removable... since it changes if you use the analog background....

someone please help

It would be nice to at least have the option...something Verizon doesn't seem to want it's customers to have!

I'm not even verizon and cellular one seems to be more leaniant with there user options, I cant find an option anywhere!
