This Monday I went from being an employee of an indirect T-Mobile dealer to owning my own. I am looking for a good Point of Sale system that
1. keeps track of my inventory
2. records all transactions
3. has an easy user interface for Point of Sale and Manager Reports such as profitability and employee commissions
4. has a web based server
5. Is relatively inexpensive
6. Is customizable to my needs

I have used a few systems such as Retail IQ and Cellular Manager. Retail IQ was the best b/c it was customizable and I eventually got it the way I like it but it was expensive. Cellular Manager was inexpensive but although it was designed for cellular businesses, the usability of the interface made it obvious that the developers were very good.... but they had little experience in the actual operations of a cellular retail store.

Anyone have any suggestions or systems to stay away from? Thanks
