4500 caller Id display

incoming calls only display the inbound phone number, not the name of the preson if they are in my phone book. How can I change this. (and yes - I did SFTA)

Make sure you have entered the full 10-digit number into your phonebook.

Yeah, mine shows the name and the phone number on the outside display.

Might also want to make sure you don't have the number in two phonebook entries that will cause it to not display a name

My 4500 also shows both the name and the number - I don't think I even entered the full 10-digit number.
