So I accessed the phone thru bitpim and the FutureDial USB cable (170-0789). I can access the phonebook but the wallpapers and ringtones don't show up. Also when I added new pics, nothing showed up just a white screen. I followed the suggestions above but still to no avail. Any suggestions? different software? different cable (maybe the 170-0783) ? New drivers ? thanx

Return that USB cable to RS and get the seial cable.

So for the 4400b can we use the USB cable that I have for my 4400 and bitpim.

My 4400 has a problem with the earpiece and I want to exchange it, but not if bitpim won't work.

Using the USB cable and my 4400b I can see all the new rings and walls that put on there.

I can't see the one's that came already on my phone.

You can USB new rings and walls and delete the ones you put on there later if you.

you cant remove the rings that came with the phone. only the ones you download
