Help with Wap

I need someone to walk me through how to set my Audiovox cdm8900 up with the Wap internet. I have viewed some of the other post ads, but when I look at me phone, I have no clue where to start to even get to the part that everyone is discussing about ip and port and so on.
From start to finish... I am not sure where to even start.
