Sending Animated Pictures?

I have a Verizon Audiovox cdm 8900 and would like to know how an animated picture can be sent to my phone. I sent a picture of some spinning rims to my phone to test it recieving pics, but the pic wasn't spinning on the phone as it was prior to e-mailing it.
