hello, was reading a bit on the price of the s40. I've been seeing some amazing prices but can't seem to find them in any store in the city. I live in vancouver and haven't seen anything under $189. any advice?

i dont know about where you live but i got my Siemens S40 for $90 dollars from LA about 9 months ago.

you have to shop around at places make deals with the salesman... maybe you can hook him up with something and he can give u a cheaper price in x-change ?

with or without contract, $189USD seems a little steep. even unlocked, I think you can do better than that.

I see them for sale on the internet unlocked for $189. I think that it is a fair price for an unlocked phone.

So? A lot of people can.

But you just have to sign a 2-year contract with Rogers and the phone will be locked.

If you can tell me how to get an unlocked S40 without contract for $0, i'll be interested.

I work for mobile phone store and we have all the 4 major service provider for Canada. The cheapest S40 I seen with contract is Rogers, 2 years for $99 with $ 50 mail rebate.

So if anybody know where to buy a Unlock S40 w/o signing a contract let me know and I Load it up on my truck wont move...hehe

Anyway, all kidding side if anybody know where I can buy an Unlock S40 for about $ 100-150 Canadian let me know.

for $100 - $150.. that's gonna be supa dupa hard... unless the condition is supa shotty and it's missing stuff (ie: charger, box, manuals, cd software, etc.)
