Hey. I'm sorry if this was already posted, but I need help, I am not smart with phones.

I have the CDM-8900 with Verizon. I am trying to get the free web access, or whateva, to get free ringtones and stuff. I don't know how to change the proxy or whateva I am supossed to change. When I do that "##browser" thing I don't know what I am doing because nothing comes up. When I try to connect to anything I get an error... "Security Error: key not recognized" or something like that. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

UNLOCK your phone, by putting the last 4 digits of your number in the security settings..

It's because your WAP proxy is still configured to go to Verizon's WAP gateway. And you don't have access to that proxy unless you call Verizon CS to enable the feature (and pay the 4.99/month fee). You need to go search the various threads here on how to set up your phone to talk to a free WAP proxy (apparently Verizon blocks WAPTunnel now, so don't bother with that one).
