mp3 ringtones?

does anybody know of a program that will allow me to split a mp3 track, eg take the first 30 seconds and save this as a seperate file?
to use as mp3 ringtones!

anything thats not guna cost me £200!!!
there must be somrthing cheaper and easier than this it looks like a very professional audio editing tool, just want somrthing quick and easy?

Use a PC sound recorder. Cheapest way to go about it m8.

download "mp3 splitter and joiner". its a free program
