I have a data cable for my 3595 and use oxygen phone manager ver 2.1.5, and when I load a logo and write it to my phone it comes up as a white square about 1/6 of the size of the screen, I know this is isn't right, does anybody know how to fix this via the data cable, I don't have internet capabilities set up on my phone?

you might be uploading it as an operator logo.

try uploading the logo directly, and dont use the image editor part of that program,

Use MobiMB from http://www.logomanager.co.uk/php/products.php?id=51 and there is a transparent gif already in the software for you- in the help file, under samples.
