Incentive & Reward Programs?

Hi everyone.

I was just wondering what Incentive & Reward programs Bell has out for you guys these days?

I've heard of/seen the blue chips and Samsung program...any others?

Why do I ask? Well, being a former Bell Mobility employee and now a Project Manager for an Incentive & Rewards company, I was curious to see/learn:

1) What's out there these days? What are the current Incentive & Rewards programs for Bell employees?
2) How do you guys like it?
3) What would you guy's add or remove from these programs?
4) What would a good Incentive & Rewards program look like to you?

Back in my days with Bell, I remember the Qualcomm & Sony programs and the Ericsson spiff programs...to name a few. Ya, I know, I'm really dating myself now

I would love to get your feedback.

I know there's a new incentive scheme coming out for call centre employee's ... can't say I know too much about it though-
I don't reckon it's launched yet
