Firmware for 3650

Anyone knows the improvements for the different firmware that are available for the Nokia 3650? My firmware is at 2.03, and I see people talking about firmware 3.16 and 4.03. Can any experts list the bugs that each firmware corrected. Is it worth the upgrade? Thanks

I have a nokia 3650 and i got it close to when it came out so im probably running an old fw version. So how do i check which version, and what do i do to upgrade
