ringtone sit for Verizon phones

Hi! My site, myPhoneFiles.com fully supports Verizon now. Downloading, upload, personal space, ringtones, voicetones (!), pictures (with resizing and adding text), and the voicetone making app - the whole thing, it all tested to work fine on my LG VX6000, so hopefully it will work for other Verizon phones as well. Let me know what you think!

Also, when using "send to phone", send it to your vzwpix address (number@vzwpix.com) otherwise it won't work.

I hope to try your site out, I have a new VX 4400B that I got on Friday. I signed up to your site, but I still haven't received a password though. I'll keep checking! I'll let you know if it works on the 4400B.

Just use "Lost password?" form on the main page to send it again to yourself. Just enter your email address the site will re-send login information.

I love your site, great pictures, haven't explored ringtones yet.

However, I am unable to load the wallpaper onto my phone. I set up an account with vzwpix.com and I did get a message on my phone that says "You've got a Picture Message! To see it, visit www.vzwix.com/mlip/getpix/ from any computer and follow the instructions.

Now, when I have that message displayed, the right soft key is Actions. I click that and choose option 5 (Save Object) and get the message "This Service is Not Available at This Time"

I am using a VX 4400B phone. I can view the pictures I sent myself from the vzwpix.com site, but not on my phone. What am I doing wrong? Am I going to have to get a cable to get the pictures onto my phone? I'm not very computer literate, so that sort of intimidates me.

I thought I would be able to bypass that way of doing it, by e-mailing them directly to my phone, but maybe I'm not doing something right.

I saw your forum where you said how to save it to the phone, but I don't have that option. I think you said you have a VX6000. I thought they were basically the same phone, other than the 6000 being a camera phone, but that all the other features were essentially the same.

Granted, I just got this phone last Friday, so it's still new to me and I'm still learning it.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to just send wallpapers directly to my phone and avoid using cable to download from a computer. Verizon tech support was no support at all regarding this.

I read from some other posts that the 4400 does not have picture messaging enabled. So the only way to dl ringtones/wallpapers to your phone is thru cable. The same goes for the Samsung a530.

That doesn't sound right. My site does not sent such text in the message body. Are you sure you got this from myPhoneFiles.com? If there is a link sent to your handset it would be some kind of http://myphonefiles/.../... etc. link.

Oh, BTW, I got a postitive confirmation from users that the site works with Audiovox CDM 8900 phones as well. Cool.

Yes, that's correct. I guess since the 4400 doesn't have picture messaging enabled, then it "dumps" the picture at vzwpix.com for viewing and saving there. I guess if I get a cable, then I could download it to my phone from there. Your site is the only one that I have tried to download from so far, so that is correct (that I get that message when sending to my phone from your site).

Thanks for your reply!
