How do i enter the following settings in to Z200? I seem to have trouble entering the info for WAP to work properly. I've enter the username and password correctly but it keep saying my username or password is incorrect. HELP

The settings required are as follows:
Primary IP: 208.200.067.150
Primary Port: 9203
Secondary IP: 208.200.067.151
Secondary Port: 9201
APN: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
