is there any program for win xp to change mp3 to .qcp file??
or does anybody know where i could get some .qcp files from the internet??

Convert the MP3 to a 8KHz 16 bit WAV file and then open it up in QUALCOMM's PureVoice software available at http://www.cdmatech.com/solutions/p...ce_download.jsp. From here, press Alt Shift C and you'll have a QCP file at your disposal. Just remember that if you plan on sending these QCP's via picture messaging, they have to be under 30 Kb, or Verizon will drop the attachment.
