P900....Possible to firmware update to Chinese?

Hey, I'm considering getting a P900 cause I can't live without a phone that doesnt play mp3 anymore, but if I buy a P900 and it doesnt come with Chinese support is it possible to just do a firmware update to the Chinese one or what would I have to do? Also, does the P900 support some kind of moving wall paper like animated gifs?

u can install chinese language and dictionary....

Did a search.....all the posts that came up were complaining about taking Chinese off. I need Chinese on, I may be able to read English, but I need Chinese input for when I am in Taiwan and almost all of the names in my phonebook are in chinese too.
