Can get PST & EMS to read V60i and add tones, but will not reload to phone, HELP??

I have a V60ti Color and am using PST and EMSManager, USB data cable and XP. Can upload from my phone to a m-service backup file, and have edited that file in EMS manager, opened it back up in PST and then go to write data back to phone. It starts like it is going to load perfectly, and bar moves across to show 100%, but then I get the error message "M-Services Restore operation failed" "M-Services (EMS) not supported by this type of phone!" I know it is as least supported as far as getting data from phone, so I am hoping someone could help me with how to get the data back onto the phone? Or someone who has been successful loading ringtones to a V60t or V60i another way? I have Cellular One and they don't provide internet access to the phones, so I have been unable to access ringtones that way. I do have ringtone converter and have keyed in a few rings, but would like to use data cable if that is possible. I have to say it does work great with the Motorola tools software for loading the phonebook, though. Thanks for any help! Laurie

I have the same exact problem and would appreciate any help on this. I've been fighting to get the ringtones accepted by my phone or find an app that works for this. Please respond.
