Where to buy replacement stylus for P900?

I have only been able to find replacement stylus (stylii?) for the P900 on ebay ($35) and at www.sonyericsson.com for $19 (!).

However, Sony's site lists the item as out of stock.

Where else should I try?

I was going to suggest DOML but they're out of stock also.
